How we Work
Step 01

Membership

1. The Grace Club membership remains the property of Exquisite Group, and you will act as the custodian of this membership. 2. Membership is available only to individuals aged 14 or older on the date of application. By enrolling in the program, whether in-store or online, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to the program’s terms and conditions. 4. Membership is free of charge and does not grant access to corporate benefits or memberships. 6. If a member does not make any transactions for a 12-month period, they will be classified as 'Inactive.' Inactive members will not receive communications. To maintain Active status, ensure at least one transaction per year. Inactive members will be reactivated after their next transaction. Exquisite reserves the right to terminate membership for those inactive for 24 months from their last transaction involving Grace Club points.

Step 02

Earnings

1. Grace Club points can be earned at participating outlets.
2. To earn Grace Club points during a purchase, present your digital card via the Grace Club app or provide the mobile number associated with your membership.
3. Points are earned as follows: a. AED 1 = 1 point (no promotions) b. AED 1 = 0.5 points (during promotions)
4. All Grace Club points are valid for 24 months. Any unused points after this period will expire. You can check your balance at any time through the Grace Club mobile app.
5. Grace Club points cannot be pooled with another member’s points.
6. Points can only be earned at participating outlets. Exquisite may add or remove outlets without prior notice, but will attempt to inform you of any changes.
7. Exquisite reserves the right to adjust your points if they were accrued due to errors, misrepresentation, negligence, malfunction, or other issues leading to invalid points being earned.

Step 03

Redemption

1. Points can be redeemed at participating outlets. At checkout, the cashier will inform you of your available points. You may redeem part or all of your points. To redeem, ensure your profile is fully updated in the system. If you do not redeem all of your points, the remaining balance will stay in your account for future use. 2. Points are redeemable once you accumulate 500 points (equivalent to 25 AED).
3. To redeem: a) Scan the barcode from the app b) An OTP will be sent to your registered number for verification
4. Grace Club points cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Redeemed points are non-refundable and cannot be reused.
6. If your purchase exceeds your available points, the remaining amount must be paid using another valid payment method.
7. Unredeemed points will expire 24 months after they were earned and cannot be re-credited.
8. For returned items, a credit note will be issued. The points initially earned for the returned item will not be deducted. When using the credit note, you are not eligible to earn new points. 9. Once points are redeemed, they cannot be re-credited. Returns must follow Exquisite Group's standard return policy.
10. Points from a purchase will be available for redemption after 24 hours. Once points are available, you can redeem them at participating outlets.
